Dom Vetro is an American eyewear manufacturer, producing optical frames using the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. All of our frames are handcrafted by our small team of specialists and each frame is made to order. This position is a key structural component to our team requiring a seasoned executive with experience in production, planning, retail or operations at the corporate level. Reports directly to the CEO and oversees daily operations at the company’s headquarters in Los Angeles, California.
Act as an advisor to the CEO and senior management team
Assist in facilitating effective decision making
Coordinate the execution of corporate goals and strategic initiatives
Assess inquiries directed to the company, determine the proper course of action and delegate to the appropriate individual to manage
Participate in daily meetings with executive team and staff to track performance
Review daily production calendar and evaluate work-flow to ensure deadlines are being met
Manage client communications, provide order confirmations and updates on deliveries
Provide support to wholesale channel and ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner and with the highest level of professionalism
Assess staff's strengths and weaknesses to ensure a synergistic work environment
Resolve slowdowns in the production or shipping process
Communicate directly with staff to comply with standard operating procedures
Participate in promoting a team approach at all times.
Be polite, courteous and supportive to all team members.
Work in accordance with training and agreed policies, practices and procedures.
Take ownership of role and suggest improvements

Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Experience with the Microsoft suite
Experience working with a growing company
Mastery of reading financial reporting
Mastery of strategic planning and goal setting
Strong managerial skills
Familiarity with invoices and purchase orders
Strong customer relationship skills
Mastery of computers and comfortable with softwares required to perform duties
Ability to comply with instructions.
